Best Juicer Buying Decisions
Oct 11th
I want to get my hands on the best juicer but am not completely sure which model that is. For the last fifteen years or more I have been making really nice, as well as some not so nice, fruit and vegetable drinks with my trusty centrifugal juicer. I really like this style because they are so fast. But I am in the mood for a bit of a change. I will definitely continue to use my centrifugal machine but I would also like to try out a masticating juicer like the Omega J8003 or maybe a Champion. Then again, the twin gear machines such as the Green Star GS-1000 also look pretty good. So I am a bit confused.
The price of getting a new juicer is not cheap. So I can only afford to get one of them. Masticating juicers can be used to juice wheat grass which is a plus point. Twin gear juicers on the other hand are known to extract the highest juice yield which is also very attractive. Which is the best juicer I wonder?
Bogus Supplements on the Market
Oct 10th
If most supplements don’t work, why are there so many on the market?
Everyone wants something for nothing, such as the secret to the perfect atkins diet food list. Athletes will do just about anything to gain the competitive edge. They are ripe for magical products that can make them faster, stronger, or bigger. Regulation of such products is limited, and the FDA is just now beginning to take a closer look at nutritional supplements.
I believe there are good reasons for letting consumers take supplements even if they are not proven to work – freedom of choice, for example. On the other hand, consumers should be protected from false advertising and dangerous products. The supplement wars between government and manufacturers are just beginning. In the meantime, focus on working out and eating well to get the results you want. No supplement is a substitute for those.

Doing Your Homework Before Buying Supplements Is A Wise Move
Jul 21st
The world of health and fitness is rejoicing today as more and more discoveries are made that will ultimately improve the health of the general populace. Whether your aim is to live longer, look younger or weigh lesser, you can take advantage of the countless product offerings in the market, promising everything but immortality. Confused yet? Well, you have all the reasons to be.
With the myriad of supplements in the market, you need to be knowledgeable enough to pick the right one. A company offering acai berry supplements, for example, needs to be credible and well-reviewed before you trust it.
This superfood is the best of its kind but if you fail to gather sufficient and accurate information from reviews or elsewhere, then you might just end up with a bogus one. Products receiving much publicity and, therefore, have undergone public scrutiny have a better chance of being authentic. Still, doing your own homework will do you no harm.
